These apps are deliberately small and straightforward, but sometimes things still need an explanation.
Before asking for help
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app and the latest available version of your operating system. Quitting and reopening the app often clears temporary problems.
When something does not work
Include your device model, operating-system version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not contain information you would rather keep private.
App-specific permissions
Some features require permission from the operating system. You can review an app’s access in Settings on iPhone and iPad or System Settings on Mac.
